H.W.Johnson Concrete Construction has been a valued team member from 1998 through the current time. The projects in 1998 through 2000, were projects built for Shea Homes. In 2009 and 2010, HWJ, performed two projects for me in Tucson and Catalina, AZ., while working for D.R. Horton Homes, Tucson Division. In 2013 through current time H W Johnson has placed site concrete at Alma School Road and Peco Road on two multi-family single family home developments, as well as one in Goodyear. H W Johnson on all projects responded with proposals as needed, had the ability to meet our ridged schedules, with crews that had qualified personnel and performed quality work. It is my intention to utilize H W Johnson on more of the projects that I am associated with in the future.

My experience with HW Johnson began back in 1995 while working with Continental Homes. HWJ back then was our “go to” contractor for concrete as they had great superintendents on both sides of the Valley and a multitude of crews. Moving forward from there, I continued to use HWJ in the growing market due to their continued strength of supervision and manpower. HWJ was able to provide concrete for my projects even when the shortage of cement occurred in the 2004 time frame – finishing projects on time and on budget. Now, in the post ‘depression’ time frame, HWJ continues to be a leader in concrete contracting as they were able to maintain their experienced work force. I am working with them on two current projects now.
