Journeyman Form Setter Job Description
At H.W. Johnson Concrete Construction, we are searching for a concrete journeyman form setter who is an expert with all of the necessary procedures for all types of concrete-related forming systems, such as footers, walls, decks, stairs, and elevator cores. Form setters should be knowledgeable with slab, stairwells, sidewalks, drives, curb, gutter, and concrete paving applications, among others. Form setters must also be able to complete work safely and efficiently while upholding the H.W. Johnson Concrete Construction's high standards.
Journeyman Form Setter Job Requirements
- Ability to regular lift and move 100 pounds
- Willingness to collaborate
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- 4+ years of equivalent work experience
- Demonstrate accuracy, throughouness, and attention to detail
- Observe all safety procedures
- Ability to meet productivity goals
